Estimate Confirmation
Thank you for choosing our cleaning services! Please review the following details regarding your estimate and policies:
Estimate Details
Initial Estimate: This is a preliminary estimate. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details.
Pricing
Hourly Rate: $80 per person per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours required.
Team Size: We typically work in teams of two, though occasionally, a single technician may be assigned.
Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras such as basements, inside fridge, or specialty cleaning services. (Note: We do not hand wash dishes.)
Supplies and Equipment
We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
Insurance
We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Policies
Deposit Policy:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Rescheduling Policy:
To reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. After this period, rescheduling will require a new non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel on the day of the scheduled cleaning, an additional 50% fee will apply, totaling 75% of the cleaning cost.
Post-Construction Cleaning:
The property must be completely free of trash and debris; otherwise, additional fees will apply.
The home must have running water, electricity, air conditioning, and heating.
Our team does not work while other contractors (e.g., cable companies, movers, repair workers) are present. If contractors are on-site, we will leave, and you will be charged the full cleaning amount.
Refund Policy:
No monetary refunds are provided.
Final Inspection
All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. Re-cleaning services are not offered.
